pH Balanced Water

The tap water we drink can contain hormones, chlorine, antibiotics, and metals. These weaken the immune system and can make us sick. Try this pH balanced water recipe:

  • 1/4 cup ginger root
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber

Instructions: Peel and slice the ginger. Cut up all  other ingredients and add to your water pitcher. You can keep adding water as you take it out for up to 3 days. Have a glass in the morning. All the ingredients have numerous health benefits. Enjoy!
